Glutamine

Active pure L-glutamine form is the main source of nitrogen for growing muscles. It protects muscle proteins from post-training catabolism and accelerates muscle tissue regeneration

L-glutamine is an unessential amino acid creating 60% of free amino acids in muscle cells. Supports amino acids absorption into muscle proteins and it is necessary for immune system of cells and enteric mucous.

Recommended dosage

for power sports is recommended to begin with smaller dosages 3g 2 – 3 times a day, after 1. week to increase dosage to 5g 2 – 3 times a day
for endurance sports we recommend to take 3g 1–2 times a day

L-glutamine is the best to take before first meal in the morning, 1 hour after training and before the sleep, minimum during 3 weeks.

Preparation:

3g (1 teaspoon) or 5g (1 dipstick) of powder mix with 200 ml water or juice.
