Nutritional supplement contains sacharides: glucose and maltodextrine, minerals: potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium, anti-oxidants – vitamins C & E, beta-carotene, selenium, support by green tea extract.

Recommended dosage:

before sport activity – 0,6 – 1 l
