Proteins

Basic building materials combined of amino acids, composing all muscular mass. It is conducive for body, they have to break down to individual amino acids, which are unrecoverable for human body – mostly in action of building muscular mass and inhibit its loss.

Proteins are received from food in vegetal and animal way
Animal proteins (meat, milk and milk products, eggs) – they are designated fully valued because they contain all amino acids, necessary for building body proteins. They are characterized by a high biological amount and a high abundance of essential amino acids BCAA, they advance a level of glutathione by good consummation – active antioxidant attended for neutralization of toxins.
Vegetal proteins (leguminous plants, oat meals, soy, corn, rice, wheat…) – they contain high percentage of quality protein. They are quality source of amino acids. They low the cholesterol level. They contain infrequent isoflavonoids – substance similar to „vegetal estrogen“ GENISTEIN which acts like a strong antioxidant against a breast cancer.
