Glucose

It is the most considerable saccharine. It ensures an immediate source of energy for all cells in organism. Therefore it still needs to obligate. Optimally the amount of glucose circulates in blood and in the case of needed it is accessible for cells in all body.

We call it a vascular glucose and the level of it in blood always complements – decomposition of glycogen, right from food in the form of straight glucose, saccharine (sugar) or by digestion of other saccharine for example maltodextrin, starch from which glucose molecules are separate gradually. Hormone INSULINE ensure the transmission of glucose molecules to cells and its exploitation to obtain energy. If the level of vascular glucose increases sharply (direct reception straight glucose or sugar from food) hyperglycemia happens.

Insulin egests to blood in big amount what causes fast transmission of glucose to cells and then the sharp decreases of glucose level in blood under optimum. This stage is called hypoglycemia. Slackness, sleepiness or decrease of glucose level and dizziness are statements of hypoglycemia. To refill energy is better accept saccharine in the way of combined saccharine – maltodextrin, starch from which glucose releases gradually. That prevents hyperglycemia and afterwards hypoglycemia.
