Minerals are very important for human body as sacharides and proteins. Organism needs for growing and development 22 kinds of minerals, which are not able to produced in the body on their own but has to be receive from food.
They are building elements for bones and teeth, control balance in the body, activity of the heart and digestive tract, and are necessary for optimal nerves and muscle activity.
