Recommended dosage:

Recommended daily intake of proteins for an effective muscle mass growth is 2 g /1 kg of body weight

• 30 g of powder 3 times a day, it equals the intake of 65 g of proteins
• take out of main meals, the best 1–2 hour after training and before sleeping

Preparation:

30 g of powder (2 dipsticks) mix with 200 ml of water or milk (for 0% fat content we recommend to mix it with water).
