L-glutamine is an unessential amino acid creating 60% of free amino acids in muscle cells. Supports amino acids absorption into muscle proteins and it is necessary for immune system of cells and enteric mucous.
L-glutamine is the best to take before first meal in the morning, 1 hour after training and before the sleep, minimum during 3 weeks.
3g (1 teaspoon) or 5g (1 dipstick) of powder mix with 200 ml water or juice.
Not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Adverse effects are not known. Handle carefully after opening and seal the cover properly. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children, in dry place by the temperature up to 25°C.
