In order to ensure the highest quality of service to our customers we simplified the buying process as much as possible.Kompava, Ltd. is following law n.108/2000 Coll and law n.118/2006 Coll on distance selling.
The sale of products is implemented with a binding confirmation of a completed order. As binding is considered:confirmation by e-mail, by sending e-mail or telephone.
Customers can choose from three options:
Orders delivered before 12 am are handled the same day, the rest is handled the next day, no later than 2 days. The time of expedition takes between 3 to 7 business days, in case of an unexpected delay, we will inform you and agree with you on a different possible course of action so that we can oblige as much as possible. We are not responsible for a latedelivery of goods caused by the mail error.
Ordered goods will be sent by The Slovak Post, to the address which the customer put as shipping address. The fee forshipping and packing is determined by the current pricelist of The Slovak Post, depending on the weight of the package and the final price is displayed in the shopping cart and in the order. Minimum shipping fee is € 4.
The consumer is entitled, without giving any reason, to withdraw from the contract in written form within 7 working days after reception of goods.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract within that period, we ask you to meet the following conditions:
contact us - in written form
products must be in their original and undamaged packaging
products must not be used, damaged
products must be complete, along with the proof of purchase
The products should be sent by registered mail and insured. Do not send it by C.O.D.! When you meet the abovementionned conditions for returning of the products, we will send you the money by check or wire the money to your account, no later than 15 working days after the physical reception of the products. In case of non-fulfilment of any of the above stated conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the withdrawal and the products will be returnedat the expense of the person sending the products back.
If you want to claim the purchased products, please contact us immediately by email or phone. We will inform you on how to proceed. The customer must check the products immediately after the reception. The customer has the right to refuse to take the products, if there is a visible mechanical damage, apparently caused during the transport or in case the products are incomplete. In this case, the customer is entitled to a replacement or reimbursement.
To be able to proceed your order we need to know your personal information. It is protected against misuse and we guarantee that it will not be provided to a third party. By registering as a client you automatically give us authorisation on informing you about the news in our online shop by e-mail or telephone. If you do not wish to recieve this information, you can indicate this in the notes.
